Walmart 3P: Prepare accurate marketplace items and verify the shopper experience.
Walmart Marketplace works like Amazon 3P in outline — you own the offer, Walmart owns the catalog — but the mechanics are different enough to trip up sellers who arrive from Seller Central. Items are set up against Walmart's product types and spec templates, matched to existing catalog entries by GTIN through Setup by Match, and published only when they clear Walmart's content, image, and pricing rules. The most common Walmart problem is not an error message; it is an item that quietly sits unpublished while you think it is live.
This track covers the six skills of Seller Center catalog work: separating product data from offer data, setting items up singly and in bulk, maintaining content through the Activity Feed and the Unpublished Items dashboard, and building variant groups shoppers can actually use.

Work from the seller's item and offer records. Product content (what the item is) and commercial information (price, inventory, shipping) are edited in different places and fail for different reasons — classify before you act.

Diagnose and clear a held item — the Unpublished Items dashboard and its reason families, the fix path for each, Product ID and SKU corrections versus retiring the item, Listing Quality beside the dashboard, and the loop that ends in a Partner Support case.

Partner Support cases: getting a catalog problem fixed through Seller Center
When a Partner Support case is the right fix on Walmart, how to open one with the references and evidence the form asks for, how to run the reply loop, escalate a stalled case, and verify a resolved case on the live page.
