トラック 02 · Vendor Central
Amazon 1P: Keep vendor item data, content changes, and support work in sync.
First-party selling means Amazon is your customer: it buys wholesale on purchase orders and retails the product itself. You do not hold an offer — Amazon Retail does — but you are still responsible for the catalog data behind every ASIN you supply: identifiers, packaging hierarchy, content, images, and A+ modules.
That changes the failure modes. In Vendor Central the hard problems are rarely "the upload failed"; they are which contributor's data is showing, why a page went unavailable, and how to write a case Amazon's teams can act on. This track covers the four skills that make 1P catalog work dependable.

Work within the vendor relationship. Keep the item record, the account context (vendor code and marketplace), and the evidence for every content change aligned — Amazon Retail can outrank you on its own pages.
