Example data — connect your account to see your own catalog.
Three steps to a scored catalog.
01Connect your Seller account
Sign in and connect Seller Central in a couple of clicks. Vendara reads your listings through the Amazon Selling Partner API — access you authorize and can revoke at any time. Analysis is read-only: nothing on Amazon changes unless you later approve a push on an optimized listing.
02Every listing gets a score
Vendara pulls your catalog — up to 5,000 SKUs per sync — and scores each listing's structure out of 100. You get your catalog's average score, a count of listings scoring below 50, and the full list ranked worst-first with each listing's failed checks spelled out.
03Fix the worst first
Every row links straight into the Listing Optimizer with the ASIN and marketplace prefilled. Optimization runs use credits (you start with 50 free); the analysis itself never costs anything.

What's in the score.
Each listing is checked against the structural rules Amazon itself publishes and enforces, plus the fields that drive search indexing:
✓ Title structure and length
Banded against Amazon's title rules — including the length limits Amazon actively suppresses listings for.
✓ Bullet completeness
Are all bullet points present, and long enough to carry real information?
✓ Description completeness
Is there a text description, and does it have enough substance?
✓ Backend search terms
How much of the hidden search-term field is actually used — the cheapest indexing win most sellers leave empty.
✓ Item Highlights
Scored where Amazon exposes them for your listings.
✓ Restricted symbols and emoji
Characters that violate Amazon's style rules and can get a listing suppressed.
It's a deliberately honest score: it measures listing structure and field utilization — things you can directly fix — not sales or rankings. No tool can guarantee those, and we don't pretend otherwise.
Backend keywords included — because it's your data
Tools that scrape public product pages can't see your backend search terms; Amazon never displays them. The Catalog Analyzer reads your listings through your own authorized Seller account, so the hidden search-term field is scored too — often where the biggest quick wins hide.
A+ Content handled fairly
If a listing's description is built with A+ Content, Amazon doesn't expose that text to the listings API. Vendara detects this and excludes the description check from that listing's score instead of punishing it — an A+ listing is never marked down for a "missing" description.
Catalog Analyzer FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. Catalog analysis costs nothing and doesn't use credits — run it as often as you like. Credits are only spent if you choose to run an optimization on a listing.
Do I have to connect my Amazon account?
For the catalog audit, yes — that's what makes backend search terms and your full catalog visible. If you just want to optimize a single listing, you can enter its ASIN on the Listing Optimizer without connecting anything.
How many listings can it analyze?
Up to 5,000 SKUs per sync. Larger catalogs are analyzed up to that cap.
Is my account data safe?
Connection tokens are stored encrypted, and analysis is read-only. Disconnecting your account on the Connections page deletes the token immediately.
Will it change anything on my listings?
No. The analyzer only reads. Updates reach Amazon only when you explicitly press Push to Amazon on an optimized listing you've reviewed.
See where your catalog stands.
Free to run, nothing changes on Amazon, and you'll know in minutes which listings are costing you.
